1. What SkillGrade is

SkillGrade provides automated behavioral testing, grading, certification, and monitoring of AI agent skills ("the Service"). Grades and reports are generated exclusively from automated test runs against versioned test suites.

2. What a grade means — and doesn't

A grade or certification reflects the behavior of a tested skill on our test cases at the time of the run, identified by suite version and run hash. It is not: a guarantee of future behavior; an exhaustive security audit; a malware scan; legal or compliance advice; or an insurance product. You remain responsible for your own deployment decisions.

3. Acceptable use

Use of the Service is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: only submit skills you have the right to submit; do not probe or attack our infrastructure; and display badges only while the underlying certification is valid, always linking to the live verification page.

4. Paid services and billing

Certification is a one-time purchase per skill version. Monitoring is a monthly subscription per skill. You can cancel anytime directly from the product — open your monitor status page and choose "Cancel monitoring"; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and stops future charges. Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record; Creem's terms apply to the payment transaction, and Creem collects and remits VAT and applicable sales tax. Prices are shown before purchase. 5. Disputes about grades

Skill owners may dispute a grade at no cost. Disputes trigger a fresh automated re-run; the outcome is published on the result page. Grades cannot be edited manually — by anyone, including us.

6. Intellectual property

You retain rights to skills you submit. You grant us a limited license to execute the skill within our test harness and to publish grades and test summaries of publicly available skills. Our test suites, engine, reports, and branding remain our property.

7. Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including losses caused by the behavior of any skill, graded or not.

8. Termination

We may suspend accounts violating these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time; monitoring subscriptions remain active until the end of the paid period.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
