Refund Policy

Certification (one-time, $79)

• Before the test runs: full refund, no questions.
• Technical failure on our side (run didn't complete, report not delivered): full refund or free re-run, your choice.
• After a completed run: the work has been performed, so results are not refundable because of an unwanted grade — that would defeat the point of independent grading. If you believe the grade is wrong, the dispute process (free re-run, published outcome) applies, and if a grading defect on our side is confirmed, we refund in full.

Monitoring (subscription, $29/mo per skill)

• Cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. No partial-month refunds.
• First subscription month: if you're not satisfied for any reason, email us within 14 days of first purchase for a full refund of that month.
• If nightly runs failed to execute for more than 7 consecutive days due to our fault, that month is refunded in full, automatically on request.

How to request

Email support@skillgrade.org from the purchase email with your order reference. Refunds are processed by Creem (our merchant of record) back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

EU/UK consumers

Statutory withdrawal rights apply where required by law. For digital services delivered immediately (a completed test run), you acknowledge at checkout that delivery begins right away, which may waive the withdrawal right for that delivery — the protections above still apply.
