Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: July 26, 2026

This policy governs how you may use SkillGrade ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to these rules, in addition to our Terms of Service.

1. Submit only skills you have the right to submit

You may only submit skills, SKILL.md files, or skill URLs that you own or are otherwise authorized to submit for testing. Do not submit content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights of others.

2. Do not probe or attack our infrastructure

You may not use the Service to probe, scan, penetration-test, overload, or otherwise attack our infrastructure, and you may not attempt to manipulate grading, reverse-engineer our test suites, evade rate limits, or circumvent the daily usage caps that protect the Service.

3. Badges must link to the live verification page and stay valid

An embeddable badge must link to its live SkillGrade verification page. You may display a badge only while the underlying certification is valid; if a certification lapses, is superseded by a newer run, or is withdrawn, you must remove the badge. Do not misrepresent, alter, or re-host badge images to imply a grade a skill does not currently hold.

4. The Service returns test verdicts only

SkillGrade is a testing and certification tool. It returns grades, verdicts, and test reports — nothing else. You cannot use the Service to generate images, video, audio, or arbitrary text or other content. Any language models we use are internal test infrastructure operated solely to evaluate submitted skills; they are not a content-generation product, an API, or a general-purpose assistant, and must not be used as one.

5. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this policy, and may remove published grades or badges obtained or displayed in violation of it. Questions: support@skillgrade.org.

SkillGrade

Behavioral safety grading for AI agent skills. Grades are produced only by real engine runs and are never edited by hand — certification is point-in-time and does not guarantee future behavior.

No credits · no metered bills · payments handled by Creem.

A SkillGrade rating is independent supporting evidence — one input into your security and compliance program. It does not certify legal compliance or guarantee a skill is safe; it reports what we measured, when we measured it, against named standards.
